I own a two-flat with central ac in both units. Neither unit was cooling. I called Windy City Ventilation and Air Conditioning and spoke to Russell. He assured me a tech would be out between 3:00 and 4:00. Darius arrived at 3:30 and one hour later both units were on their way to cooling temps. Darius was knowledgeable and explained the process every step of the way. Thank you Russell and Darius! You now have a new customer for whenever we need service on our HVAC system. Highly recommend. I called them out after another plumber completely botched a water heater install and couldn't figure out what they did wrong. Turns out, CO2 was actually spilling out from the piping. This team came in, diagnosed the issue immediately, and properly re-installed the piping. They got it done fast so my tenant could get their hot water back safely. Great communication and super prompt response. I'll be using them again.
