Acting Mother of the Bride and the Air Conditioner went out. Merts to the rescue - they were able to come right away. Brendan was an excellent tech. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained everything, made the repair quickly and I was off to the wedding with minimal delay. Their price was reasonable. Thank you Merts!
Mert's worked with me to address issues I had for several years. Priscilla was most helpful and proactive. She provides wonderful customer service. They reached back out to me to make sure I was satisfied. They went above and beyond to make sure things were right. I plan on keeping them for future services. 5 ⭐. Highly recommended!! Thanks again!
Manny was my service man. The 5 score is for him. Extraordinary customer service, kindness, and thorough expertise in reviewing what my AC needed or didn’t need.
Thank you, Manny!
