I have had a positive relationship with Merts since July 1990. They installed the original furnace in my my home. Their local reputation considers them out of line on their service pricing. Now that Four Seasons has acquired a good company, I will need to see if the local reputation is correct. But today's service call was reasonable.
Ryan, I really appreciate your service & knowledge. My husband and I asked multiple questions and Ryan answer them with easy and with patience. He were here to service our heater, but he even answer questions about our Central air and it’s 40° in Chicago we are not about to ran that anytime soon. I even like that we received pictures on what he fixed and he explained our problem. Thanks Ryan again! I did not realize Merts deal with different contractors. I am very disappointed with. A month later I called them again cuz my furnace was blowing cold air when it should have been heat. This the 2nd time with in a month I had to call them for the same services. First timer using Mert’s (furnace clean & tune-up) and I would definitely recommend them! My technician, Jimmy, was sharp, very professional and super knowledgeable about every aspect of my furnace. I’m so pleased with his service and will be calling Mert’s for future service!
