2nd Floor unit fan went out last night, I texted Chad to schedule a service call, come Monday morning received email that someone would be here between 8 and 10. The guys showed up at 8:30, turned out the problem was a capacitor. 2nd floor unit was up and running at 9. I've been using Comfort Zone for years now and will continue to do so, thanks guys, I appreciate the quick service ??
