Nate was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he would be checking and how long the process would take. I felt comfortable to ask questions. Nate was confident and very respectful. He cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed a pile of dirt I had sitting off to the side showing his respect for me and my home. We contacted Hoekstra to evaluate our third floor furnace which began leaking. We are repeat customers as they always do a fantastic job. Jake was our technician today and he was outstanding. He was very knowledgeable, polite, meticulous and thorough. After disassembling the unit to get to the source of the problem, he took the time to explain and show me the issue within the unit. We discussed options and ultimately came up with a plan. Jake was kind enough to inspect a second furnace in our home during the same visit which was unplanned but much appreciated. Jordan was great! He was patient and detailed. My son purchased his first home but was at work so I had to handle this for him. My experience was pleasant and all questions and concerns were addressed and answered. Highly recommend!
