John, from King Heating, Cooling & Plumbing did a great job of inspecting and show me issues with my furnace which is 22 years old. He then offered several options in great detail and made sure I understood all of them. I can now see why they are so large and doing so great in our area. Professional. Talked about what was being done and why. Cleaned the boiler and provided the “if this should happen “ tips and what the gauges do and how to read them. Good work.
