We had several storms recently with many long power outages. Once the power came on our HVAC system didn’t work. I called Mark at Ceper Heating & Cooling and he came out later that same day. After a brief fix which didn’t last long Mark said the system wasn’t worth fixing further and should be replaced. It was 25 years old. He gave me a very fair price so I approved the work and his crew was out the very next day. They did a great job installing the new system and cleaned up the work area very nice. I can’t recommend this company highly enough! My A/C stopped working, and Mark responded quickly, arrived on time, and had everything fixed in no time. They were professional, honest, and took the time to explain what was wrong without trying to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
