He went through the whole house, inspected the radiators and valves, and made recommendations. He is coming back out to finish part two of the job. “We needed a heater leak repair solved, and Chris soon detected the source of the problem. He then explained what needed to be done and began the repair after going to get the part replaced. He was respectful coming in and out of the house by using foot covers and completed the work very well.

“These guys know boilers and they are very honest. I have a 60 year old Pacific steel boiler that had signs of leakage. My heating company said I needed a new boiler. I knew steel boilers can be welded sometimes so I called Rayes Boiler, for their opinion. They cleaned and inspected the boiler and discovered that the boiler was not leaking, it was the expansion tank causing the problem. They saved me tens of thousands of dollars. Their honesty and professionalism is hard to find these days. My experience with Raman Reyes was excellent.“

“I highly recommend Murray HVAC. I had them perform my winter check up. They changed or adjusted a sensor and I saved a significant amount on my heating bill this last year. My AC just went out and their original diagnosis was a bad compressor so I would have had to replace my split AC. The next day they let me know that they wanted to come out again to confirm the evaluation. They were here for quite a while and it was determined that I just needed a new capacitor and some freon. While not a cheap fix they saved me thousands on a needless AC replacement.“

I recently needed to call Steve regarding the cooling system. Although the AC system was near the end of a 5 year warranty, Steve responded quickly and did not hesitate to honor the warranty. It turned out the AC system he had installed (nearly 5 years ago) was fine, and I was just ignorant of the circuit breakers. But Steve was very helpful - he checked everything, taught me where all the relevant controls are and how to change the air filter. AND he also fixed a latch In the attic so that it would be easier for me to go up there to change the filter- - this was above and beyond service!
