“Once again, TMI to the rescue! I had a shower issue with the faucet handle. It wouldn't turn off! A valve or something was stripped or worn out inside. I tried to stop it, not fix it, but made things worse! Lol. Called TMI .....was told a tech would be out between 10-noon....10 mins later, I got a message that Justin Roberts is on the way! Justin showed up with a handshake and a smile and we had a good laugh! He was in and out in about 20 mins. Paid the service call fee and all was good! THANKS JUSTIN and TMI! 100% Quality customer service!”

“Came home sunday afternoon and furnace not working. Temperature in house had dropped to about 55 degrees. Temperature outside was below 0. Called J L Brady about 2. Service man called about 2:45 said he would be able to make around 4:30. Diagnosed the issue needed new gas valve. He called supplier and got them to open up the shop on Sunday evening to get part. Came back around 8 and had the furnace running by 8:30. Dan the repairman was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. It did cost more considering it was Sunday, but it was worth it to get heat back on in the house.”
