“Furnace was not working when I got home, made a call and a repairman came to the house shortly after. He found the problem within a few minutes made the repairs after taking the cover off the furnace. Just a wire grounded on steel inside, he moved the wire so that wouldn't happen again.“

I am experienced with 40 years of being a DIY guy, and have installed my own HVAC systems on several of our remodels as we grew up back near Chicago, so am no novice. “Came home sunday afternoon and furnace not working. Temperature in house had dropped to about 55 degrees. Temperature outside was below 0. Called J L Brady about 2. Service man called about 2:45 said he would be able to make around 4:30. Diagnosed the issue needed new gas valve. He called supplier and got them to open up the shop on Sunday evening to get part. Came back around 8 and had the furnace running by 8:30. Dan the repairman was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the process. It did cost more considering it was Sunday, but it was worth it to get heat back on in the house.“

Jason & Josh showed up the next morning with new equipment and had it up and running in about 4 hours. Very professional, very neat work and left the area neat. Great service. “There was a problem getting to the filter when my new furnace was installed. They came out and fixed it fairly quickly at no charge. I have had them doing a semi-annual check on my furnace/AC for quite a few years and have always had great service.“

“Northwest Mechanical and Shawn came through with flying colors when I had a plumbing emergency. Shawn arrived in less than 10 minutes, diagnosed and repaired the problem, and made a recommendation for an improvement. I was sufficiently impressed with the response time and quality of service that I bought an annual service agreement.

13 months later: Was fortunate to have Shaun and his assistant Joe repair faulty plumbing under 3 sinks. The job took about 4 hrs. When done, they tested for leaks and thoroughly vacuumed. The following day still no leaks, so A-OK and back in code.

The A-Team was back to install a gas line for my BBQ and to repair a toilet. Two well-executed jobs.“

“The tech found a problem that could have been a bigger issue if not fixed sooner. Will need to replace our furnace .But better than getting CO poisoning. The installation crew was great and kept the place clean when they were done. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing heating or A. C. work done.“
