Heat Co. is a wonderful service. They came as soon as called and are so nice and friendly. Wonderful to work with from the initial service appointment to full install. Very friendly and affordable. They do phenomenal work. It is nice not to have to stress because when you give them a call, the problem is always fixed. They are very prompt and professional. They help solve the problem and give several options to do so. It is a reasonable price, and no one gets taken advantage of. One fantastic technician explained everything extremely well and in a way that was easy to understand. On two separate occasions, there was professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to completing the job in a timely manner. Kept informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure the family remained comfortable while waiting for the arrival and installation of a new air conditioner. Dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable. Highly recommend for reliable, professional, and customer-focused service.
Jeremy was great to work with! My ac wasn’t keeping up with the hot weather, I contacted heat-co and Jeremy was quick to respond and came out to help diagnose the problem immediately. Highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling needs.
Used them for years, a/c went out yesterday, Glenn was here in an hour. His son came today with the parts and everything is good as new. Very responsive, respectful, never an update, prices very reasonable, and always goes above and beyond to do things right the first time!!!
