Heat Co. is a wonderful service. They came as soon as called and are so nice and friendly. Wonderful to work with from the initial service appointment to full install. Very friendly and affordable. They do phenomenal work. It is nice not to have to stress because when you give them a call, the problem is always fixed. They are very prompt and professional. They help solve the problem and give several options to do so. It is a reasonable price, and no one gets taken advantage of. One fantastic technician explained everything extremely well and in a way that was easy to understand. On two separate occasions, there was professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to completing the job in a timely manner. Kept informed every step of the way. They went above and beyond to ensure the family remained comfortable while waiting for the arrival and installation of a new air conditioner. Dedication to customer service and willingness to go the extra mile are truly commendable. Highly recommend for reliable, professional, and customer-focused service.
Glenn and Jeremy do phenomenal work it's nice not to have to stress because you know when you give them a call that you are always going to have the problem fixed they have worked on several properties of mine and my family's they are very prompt and professional. They help you solve the problem and give you several options to do so. And it's nice to know that it is a reasonable price. And it's nice to know that you aren't getting taken advantage of. Both Glien and Jeremy were very good to work with. They repaired my older air conditioner unit when other company’s wanted to sell us a new one. Saved us a lot of money by repairing instead of buying a new unit. Both were very honest and respectful, will definitely reach out with any future issues I may have.
