Amazing experience all around!! Super quick and responsive such courteous technicians Shane and Trevor are the best! They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way and answered all questions! They even provide a gift basket which just adds the cherry on top!
I do not know where to begin. I will start off by saying everyone I dealt with has been absolutely wonderful to my daughter and I. My furnace went out over the weekend and of course I was beyond stressed (furnaces are not cheap). I didn't know who to call. I knew a few people who had bad experiences with other places, so I knew who I would not be calling. Google searched furnaces and called Kale. A nice lady answered the phone and took my information and shortly after that I received a call from Joe. What a nice, knowledge Man!! He calmed me down and he was willing to come out, however like any place on the weekend it is more expensive, plus it was a pretty nice...read full review
Friendly, helpful & prompt. They all went above & beyond when my 30 year old furnace went out while I was out of town at Christmas. They came out on the snowiest storm day when everyone else was shut down because Joe didn't want me without heat!! And Kelsy even made me a nice gift basket! I highly recommend using Kale.
