I scheduled an appointment for a system checkup. I was very impressed by the technicians knowledge and professionalism. Receiving an A+ report was the frosting on the cake.This is the second time that I have used Freed to inspect my heating and cooling system. I have no reason not to call them whenever I need help.

After experiencing recent issues with our furnace, we contacted Freed for an appointment. They had someone available the very next day. Our technician was Josh. He was on time, completed service and repairs in a reasonable amount of time and explained all needed repairs before performing them. Josh also offered to set us up for a spring and fall maintenance schedule to prevent future issues.
