Excellent service! The A1 in their name says it all. Eric was very knowledgeable. Under our home warranty, we’ve had three different vendors attempt to diagnose our HVAC system issues. Between refrigerant and damper specifications, no one seemed to be able to resolve the matter. Eric diagnosed the issue with a thorough system inspection and determined the cause. We have plans to install the new part immediately. It was only due to my own scheduling conflicts that I was unable to accept their initial repair date.Again, excellent service
Went downstairs Monday morning to find water around the basement. After sopping up as much as I could, it seemed to be coming from around the furnace. I called A1 Morris expecting them to be super busy due to the heat wave, and they were! Still they got a tech out to me the next day, who confirmed that the old vinyl drain lines on my furnace were clogged. He was very careful to clean up water in and around the unit, blow water through the lines, and test everything. Everything was cleaned up very quickly, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!
They came quick with a quote and honored the quote a month later after I came back from a work trip. I was scheduled during one of the hottest days of 2023 and they replaced my AC, furnace, ductwork and added a humidifier before the end of the work. The next day was supposed to be one of the hotter days of 2023 too and the AC kept the house cool all day. Two thumbs up for these guys.Services: A/C services
