I’ve used Family Heating and Cooling for two years for maintenance on my HVAC system. They have reasonable prices and great technicians. Max was here today and is very efficient and the epitome of great customer service. He’d had a cancellation and called to say he could come earlier if I would like that. I said come on over before it got hot. I had to have a part replaced last year and they were great about showing me what was wrong and why it needed replacing. I know very little about these units so I appreciate them taking the time to explain it to me. Edited 7/8/2026 - had my 30 year old Amana AC unit compressor die on the 4th of July, not feasible to repair based on the age of the system. Family Heating and Cooling were able to move some things around on their install schedule and get a whole new Amana furnace and AC system installed 3 days later for what I consider an excellent price, and I have cold air again! I can’t say enough positive things about my experience with their staff and techs, they’ve all been great.

Called this morning about ac not working properly and they were able to come right over. Chad fixed the ac on the spot and got it running stronger than ever. Really appreciate Chad and would highly recommend them. Thanks
