I 100% recommend Family Heating & Cooling. My A/C went out on a Friday, figured I’d wait until Monday to call a service company to avoid the cost of an emergency call. My dad told me about this company, I looked them up and they don’t charge extra for weekend calls. I called to see if they had any availability and Chad was at my house within an hour!!! Unbelievable! He was professional and very down-to-earth which I REALLY appreciate! He had the A/C up and running within 15 minutes! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!
Definitely recommend! Friendly and professional service. The owner was our tech and he was informative and quick. Our AC went out around 8:30pm at night so we called Family Heating and Cooling. The lady who answered was very professional, pleasant, and understanding. After she took our information down we got a call from Garth a few minutes later saying he could be there in a little bit. Garth was very nice, knowledgeable, and awesome to work with. From the first phone call to when he arrived was probably 35min. Very fast! Also, he answered all of our questions and any other ones we had he was always quick to respond. Thanks guys!
