Based on the reviews, R3 Heating & Air provides expert HVAC services. Colin did an excellent job explaining the issues with the A/C units. He fixed the units for now and gave a few options on what could be done. Colin even came back to the house to meet and discuss those options. The team arrived earlier than expected. Tom and Donovan were very professional and respectful. They didn’t miss a beat explaining what was wrong and what needed to get done. Hunter and Edgar got the AC running in no time. They were super efficient and nice to work with. Hunter and Edgar did an amazing job from start to finish and did everything exactly how wanted. It was a great experience. A technician was able to come out and repair the system within an hour. The technician found the issue and had it fixed in less than an hour.
R3 Heating & Air delivers great customer care and communications. Phone reps are very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. Techs arrive at time promised, listen to questions, and explain what they’re doing/have done. I’m very happy with my pick of a new HVAC company!
