One of their guys came by on the weekend and gave us a great assessment of the situation but let us know we could make it to Monday when it would be a bit cheaper to get the problem solved and set us up to have someone come by then, another guy came Monday and fixed us right up! :) Very quick and easy and gave some great info on how to prevent problems in the future, will be using their services again if need be! Couldn't recommend more!

was a very nice visit . I called in advance place a reservation for 2 hour spa and got the treatment of a king. This place is peaceful and very delightful. The management has just been changed and staff are professional… They took their time with my shoulder pain and did not rush my massage. There was 2 staff member so one attendant the phones and the other spa duties , while my massage was done without interruptions. I will be back again…

I had flooring and tiling done last winter and initially thought it was a great job until the step trim immediately came off. I had difficulty getting them back to fix our problem. But they have since done the repairs. I am happy that they were able to restore our trust in their reliability and quality service.

The staff at D.O.G & Friends is top tier! Duffy absolutely loves going and comes home a contented, tired boy. He is a rescue that hates cages, so I am very grateful this is a cage free facility. I highly recommend this dedicated crew!

While waking up in the middle of the night to clean up water in my basement on the eve of my birthday wasn't ideal, Joe showed up and fixed our problem and explained thoroughly what was going on, the process he was taking, and what we can expect in the future/steps to take.
