Absolutely top-notch customer service.I bought my heating and air-conditioning system from Cush Comfort over three years ago and have had them come out to clean my outside AC unit every year since.. Their staff and service techs have always been on time, dressed appropriately, and with proper courtesy and manners, always. But last night was above and beyond. My air conditioner went out and needed assistance as soon as possible. To me, that meant within a couple of days, hopefully. I texted *****, and within a half hour, He was at my home with a new capacitor and my AC unit was up and running. Called the business and got to speak directly to a person. Told them my issue and they advised on what to do until they arrived. They showed up the same day I called. They were professional, timely, courteous, and I am overall satisfied with the customer care I received. Highly recommend.Services: A/C system repair

Just had to get a new furnace unfortunately. Chris came out the same day I called and tried to get the old unit back online. He explained the issues in a way anyone could understand. He and his crew installed a new furnace the same week. The install looks great. Have used him in the past for a water heater and air scrubber also. He is my only call for these needs. They do great work at a fair price! Will use again- but hopefully not for a while!Services: Heating system installation
