Started getting quotes in the spring and Villa Pro was the second company we talked to. They was the most clear about timeliness and cost so we went with them. Siding is done looks great!
We have a leaking roof in our garage and contacted multiple roofers to see what the cause might be. Julius Mosansky from Lakeland was the only one that responded and he visited our house in a couple of days after our inquiry. Julius inspected our roof and saw an area that needed to be sealed but no other obvious damage from winds and rain we’ve had. Julius was very friendly and competent and didn’t charge us for the service visit. That’s what we all hope for when looking for a contractor!
Had my front windows tinted in March by P3. Very easy to deal with but most importantly good pricing and he did a great job. He told me I might see a few small bubbles that would go away in a day or so but I never saw any. It looked perfect from the time I picked up my car. The only downside is there is nowhere to wait. There's a few places to go within walking distance but you may want to drop it off with someone that can give you a ride and hang out for a few hours. I would highly recommend P3

We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent work on home and look forward to continuing many other projects throughout the years. This is a company I highly recommend, above all others for their commitment to service, relationships, community, and quality.

They are very friendly. I had a damaged battery in my iPhone and luckily they had a new battery in stock and were able to replace the battery in under an hour for less that the Apple Store would have cost. I will definitely keep them in mind if any other electronics need repairs.

The owner is so nice, we had a birthday party and now my daughter takes horse riding lessons. They do such a great job teaching my daughter and so patient with my daughter. We love this farm and the owner and her daughter are such a joy to be around with. We can't stop coming back.
Great place! They helped me through my entire journey through my sleep study to getting my CPAP! Super friendly and highly professional! Got quotes from four other roofers before settling on TZ. They weren't the cheapest of the lot but the way they explained the scope made more sense than the others. Scheduling took a few weeks because of the weather but once they started the job moved fast. New roof has been on since spring with no issues.

Tiwana!! Omg, I recommend her 1,000 times. I originally went in for a silk press, but I’m not the best at making decisions when it comes to my natural hair. Tiwana was honest and let me know my hair wasn’t in the best state for a silk press. I shared my hair goals with her, and she recommended a cut instead, and I’m SO glad I trusted her.

Hot Nails is a family-owned nail salon. They are absolutely wonderful, super friendly, accommodating and flexible. They do a fantastic job with both manicures and pedicures and the foot massages are to die for. They have countless colors and offer every service possible. I get acrylics because my nails are thin and just don't grow or always break. Since going to this salon I never have a problem with them lifting, even when I wait too long to get them filled. They are also punctual when you have an appointment Their prices are very competitive as well. I highly recommend this salon!!!
