For the last two years, Derek would come out periodically to inspect my roof (25+ year old asphalt shingle), make any minor repair recommendations, and was always honest about whether a replacement was truly needed. When the time finally came to replace the roof, he was upfront and transparent throughout the whole process. The crew tore off the old roof and completed the entire replacement in just one day, returning a few days later to finish the gutters. Had my front windows tinted in March by P3. Very easy to deal with but most importantly good pricing and he did a great job. He told me I might see a few small bubbles that would go away in a day or so but I never saw any. It looked perfect from the time I picked up my car. The only downside is there is nowhere to wait. There's a few places to go within walking distance but you may want to drop it off with someone that can give you a ride and hang out for a few hours. I would highly recommend P3

We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent work on home and look forward to continuing many other projects throughout the years. This is a company I highly recommend, above all others for their commitment to service, relationships, community, and quality.

Santi Construction did a great job on sourcing the quartz for my kitchen countertops, fabricating them, and installing them. Katie was especially helpful in handling all the admin and keeping me updated. I would definitely use them again for any project and highly recommend them!

My mother and father will be forever grateful to Shannon. My mother recently began chemotherapy treatments and the hair loss side effect was really rough. Shannon opened up extra early one day after we contacted her to give my mother a hair cut and shampoo. She understand the sensitive and private nature of this very personal matter. She also gave her very helpful advice concerning options and pledged to always be available to help throughout the therapy process. They are very friendly. I had a damaged battery in my iPhone and luckily they had a new battery in stock and were able to replace the battery in under an hour for less that the Apple Store would have cost. I will definitely keep them in mind if any other electronics need repairs.
