Great company! Owner came out, gave an honest assessment of my furnace and suggested a replacement. After calling for a few more quotes, they were the best and most professional. I’ll be using them again in the future
Phil was great - scheduling service was easy and he was able to one out within 1 day. He was really thorough with what was needed and not trying to sell you anything that wasn't. I will use him for all my furnace and a/c needs. It is always nice to have someone small, local amd fair!
Phill and Travis did everything that they said they would do. Phill answered my call to him on a Sunday instead of letting it go to voice mail, and had the furnace installed the next day, which was a National holiday. This was particularly important since the customer is an elderly lady, and outside frigid winter temperatures were in the low single digits. Phill maintained constant and proactive communication keeping us informed throughout the process. We felt we were in very good hands at a time when the house was very cold due to weather conditions. The price of our replaced furnace was very reasonable, and the service of The Pure Air Experts definitely exceeded...read full review
