I’ve been going to Shannon for years. In fact, when I buy my flights home (I live abroad now) she’s my second call (after my parents) so I can schedule a color, cut, and brow wax. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been coming to Tangles for 10 years now, Miss Shannon is absolutely wonderful she is professional, talented, and always makes sure I leave happy with my hair.

The atmosphere is clean, quiet, and very welcoming. It’s clear the staff truly cares about their clients. If you’re looking for a reliable, friendly, and expert salon in Lake Villa, this is definitely the place!

My mother and father will be forever grateful to Shannon. My mother recently began chemotherapy treatments and the hair loss side effect was really rough. Shannon opened up extra early one day after we contacted her to give my mother a hair cut and shampoo. She understand the sensitive and private nature of this very personal matter. She also gave her very helpful advice concerning options and pledged to always be available to help throughout the therapy process. The Tangles shop was really nice and Shannon is a true professional that really cares. She was AMAZING! My mother and father, Mildred and Rick are beyond thankful.
