I highly recommend Aqua-Pure!!! I had a rotten-egg smell coming from my well water and Ronald was able to quickly diagnose and solve the problem. This was after I already hired another water service who looked at my system and told me I needed an expensive sulfur filter (I didn't). He was friendly and easy to work with, he resolved my issue quickly and he didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. This should be your first call for water conditioning in the area!

They used my aluminum ladder, did not tell me, when they were done I thought they left theirs. Let them know, they picked up ladder. When I looked for my ladder it was gone. It has always been kept in shed. They are not responding called/ texted 4 times. 12 foot ladder!!! 7/13. They returned A ladder today, This team is amazing doing their job.

Was surprised to see there was a Great Clips so close to where I live as is been going to the one in Kenosha (by Kohl's). Every time that I call the Kenosha salon for a stylist that I like's schedule, they've either quit or are at a salon in Milwaukee.
When I found the one in Antioch, I ran over to check it out and see if I could get a haircut. I was surprised to see so many stylists! As I was there right when they opened, I was able to get right in with Hannah. Hannah read the old notes from Kenosha, and we discussed my cowlicks that can make my life hell. Hannah listened and did an EXCELLENT job cutting my hair, cowlicks, and all! I will definitely be going back to this store!
Per Hannah, this location is very busy! Always check in on the app so you're in line while heading over, otherwise you'll be waiting a while. I got lucky this past Sunday by being there right when they opened.

I had an amazing experience. I got a no chip manicure from Tammy. She was super efficient (which I love) and this is still hands down the best no chip manicure I’ve ever had. They are thin like my normal nail and the shapes are perfect. 10/10

Very clean place! I don't think they do acrylic nails here, but have dip, gel and mani/pedis. I saw them using the drill to file off gel or something and they had a table top vacuum to collect all the dust! The ledges, lights and behind the pedi chairs were free of dust! Seriously just amazing to see a salon that's actually clean in these places! They were actively using the autoclave to sanitize tools! And cleaning things between each person!
I am a tad disappointed in my pedicure I received but I think my lady might have been new. My gel mani and my daughters polish was good!

Both are friendly, kind and professional. Their salon is bright, cheerful and spotless and they sell awesome hair products. This is a top-notch woman owned business that I'd highly recommend.

Early on a Saturday morning, we discovered that our sewer had backed-up with raw sewage coming up the drain into our laundry room in the basement. Called our regular plumber and he recommended Tangney & Sons Plumbing & Sewers as his "go-to" resource for this type of work. I called and Joyce took my call, saying to sit tight and she'd get someone out to our home ASAP. She then called me back about 15 minutes later and said her technician would be calling me shortly. Shannon called and told me he'd be at our home between noon and 2:00pm and he showed-up right at noon ... ON A SATURDAY! He rotted-out our sewer drain, both towards the house and towards the street and we were back in business. Awesome job, awesome response, and fair pricing too.

This was an extremely stressful situation, but the entire team at Windy City Rooter handled it flawlessly. Despite it being a holiday weekend, they immediately mobilized crews, trucks, and specialized equipment without hesitation. They stayed with the problem, kept me informed every step of the way, and never treated it like “just another service call.”
What impressed me even more was that they went above and beyond the plumbing work itself. They helped investigate the cause of the failure and assisted in identifying the utility responsible for cutting the sewer line—something they certainly didn’t have to do, but it made a tremendous difference.

Ashley was so responsive and taught us a lot about what to look for when getting quotes on movers. Ashley and her team took great care of our items when moving them, storing them, and unloading them. During their most recent visit, an unexpected issue came up when all of my home’s fire alarms suddenly started going off while Above The Mess was servicing my home. Tyler, one of the cleaning crew, immediately called to let me know what was happening and then went above and beyond by thoroughly checking every room in the house for any signs of smoke or fire. He even checked the attic and basement and patiently worked through several troubleshooting ideas with me over the phone.
I offered to have the crew leave so they wouldn’t have to work through the incredibly loud alarms, but Tyler assured me they could continue and finish the job. Despite dealing with constant 120 dB fire alarms, the team remained professional, courteous, and focused. They completed the cleaning and did an outstanding job, just as they always do.
By the time I got home and was able to resolve the alarm issue, they were still there working hard and maintaining a positive attitude throughout the entire situation.
It’s rare to find a company with this level of professionalism, dedication, and customer care. Ambrose Tile and Carpet just completed installing my new carpet and the crew of Mike and Steve did an amazing job. They always arrived on time, were friendly and professional and went to work. It was a pleasure working with Jim, Steve and Mike from communicating with Jim, visiting his store to look at the different types of carpet, him coming over to get measurements and send me the quote to Mike and Steve coming to remove and install the new carpet to cleaning up after they were done. I need to get my basement carpet replaced (a future project) and I will be reaching out to Jim when the time comes.

They recently replaced our entire septic system, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the craftsmanship and professionalism they demonstrated. Owner Stev Alberts, along with Lucas and Jack, were absolutely fantastic to work with. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they were respectful, courteous, and attentive. They took the time to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions, and ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Their transparency and professionalism made a potentially stressful project much easier and more reassuring.

And what's even more amazing than that, I went through the Illinois Donated Dental Lifeline Services group for people who are disabled and unable to afford proper dental care. Ms. Lisa who works for the Donated Dental Services reached out to 7-10 dentist in the McHenry county area and no-one wanted to help. Dr. Dan donated his dental services to me for free. He is a truly amazing person. I can't thank him enough for all that he has done for me and continues to do. So let me say this, if you need help? If you have dental issues and fear the dentist office? Go see this place. The staff up front, the Hygienist, the assistants, everyone especially Dr. Dan, are truly amazing, welcoming and kind people. I just left there my two dogs were difficult to deal with being their first time there,both being rescue dogs they have separation anxiety but the girls there were so comforting and understanding with them I appreciate and a plus they said they'll take my dogs back lol
