“Hot Nails is a family-owned nail salon. They are absolutely wonderful, super friendly, accommodating and flexible. They do a fantastic job with both manicures and pedicures and the foot massages are to die for. They have countless colors and offer every service possible. I get acrylics because my nails are thin and just don't grow or always break. Since going to this salon I never have a problem with them lifting, even when I wait too long to get them filled. They are also punctual when you have an appointment Their prices are very competitive as well. I highly recommend this salon!!!“

“Great experience. Since I retired from the Navy I made ILlinois my home in lake county. Coming to this place has helped transitioned from being military groomed to helping find my individual beauty. The stylist really take the time with you know you and deliver great results. But as a customer you do need to responsible in making appointments because sometimes they are booked out at least 2 weeks out. “I’ve been seeing Yesi for a few years now doing structured manicures. I recently hit the tip of my thumb on my dryer causing the tip of my natural nail to break and the gel on top to lift. I messaged Yesi to let her know what happened and she provided me with instruction on how to treat the nail until my next appointment as I felt it could wait 2 weeks. To absolutely no fault of the manicure, the gel lifted a bit more due to everyday use and got caught on a towel and ripped. The fact that my natural nail is completely in tact and strong speaks wonders about how Yesi and the other ladies truly care about the health and integrity of your nails. Yesi responded to my message as soon as she saw it and set up a day to get the nail fixed. “I was really anxious about going to get my nails done since I had just moved to the area. My last nail tech told me my nails were bumpy and hard to do the gel polish I usually get. I also broke my pointer finger nail and was thinking I should try acrylics, which I had never done before. When I got there, Michelle was amazing. She convinced me not to cut my nails and do acrylics and provided multiple ideas and resolutions to my issues. She told me my natural nails were gorgeous and it would make her sad to cut them. She ended up just putting a fake tip on the one I broke and keeping the rest their natural length! I am so happy with how everything turned out! She was awesome, so kind, and I will definitely go back!!“
