“Our quest bathroom remodel was the smoothest project. Our installer Matt was amazing. Everything was protected during the project and the finished product is amazing. Thank you so much!!”

“Joe and Eloi are the best! They always show up on time, do the job you ask them to do (for a very fair price), and they clean up after themselves! You can trust these guys To take very good care of you and your project!”

“We have been lucky enough to have Modern build our home, and then when we needed a contractor modern inc was the first to respond to our call. Actually the only ones (refinishing floors, paint, and drywall). Additionally, everyone remembered us personally when we called the office from our house build. Modern has a rich history which we grew to know through our many talks with Brians parents during our home build. Modern Inc is sure to continue that legacy given the outstanding job on our refinished floors, paint, and even feeding our fish while we were away (Thanks Steve). It is so nice to work with a company that values relationships and takes pride in their work. The work was scheduled to begin at the end of March 2020 and we encountered Covid closings. Brian and his team went above and beyond, safety was the first priority of their team members as well as us as homeowners. We cannot thank you enough for the excellent work on home and look forward to continuing many other projects throughout the years. This is a company I highly recommend, above all others for their commitment to service, relationships, community, and quality.”
