I've been a loyal customer of Cozy Nails for the past 7-8 years, and I can't recommend them enough! The staff is incredibly friendly and warm, always making you feel welcome and at ease. Been coming here for a year…. Lately service wasn’t great but I also had someone I’ve never had before.

I am 38 weeks pregnant and honestly wanted a pedicure so I could relax and get my feet rubbed.

My feet weren’t even massaged and barely cleaned up before painted. Left a little disappointed as prior visits felt like I was treated a lot better, esp as a regular who makes appointments.

Also I came in asking for a super simple design for my hands & the lady immediately said she couldn’t do it….. okay well can someone, idk, I opted to go somewhere else for my manicure. 4/5 because trying not to base it all off my last experience.

Lucy was detail oriented and very nice! Got dips with tips and brought in a inspo pic. She color matched perfectly by mixing colors and didn’t let me leave until she got the nails perfect (which i appreciated). Total was 75. Bring cash
