They are very friendly. I had a damaged battery in my iPhone and luckily they had a new battery in stock and were able to replace the battery in under an hour for less that the Apple Store would have cost. I will definitely keep them in mind if any other electronics need repairs.

This place is the best!!! I needed my iPhone screen fixed urgently and they are the most affordable and quickest store in the area. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Thank you Mo!!

I was referred by the owner of Batteries Plus in Gurnee. Moe was wonderful and really went beyond customer service to help me! He was very caring and supportive and worked fast and was very professional. He kept me informed and gave me lots of guidance and I can't thank him enough for helping me thru dire circumstances.
