TZ Roofing Company

i'm not an easy customer and i'll admit that up front. i ask a lot of questions and i want to know why before i agree to anything. nobody here got tired of me. every question got answered and when i asked the same thing a different way i got the same answer, and that's how you know somebody isn't making it up as they go. the estimate was itemized and the person who wrote it was on site the day the work started. when the weather looked bad they called me the night before and we moved it. the house was protected properly, the yard was gone over at the end, and the final bill was the estimate with nothing added. i've dealt with enough contractors to know that isn't standard.

our roof was way past due and we needed the whole thing replaced not just patched. TZ took the entire old roof off and put on a new one over about 2 days. they kept us updated the whole time which i was glad about since we werent home for part of it. price was in line with the other bids we got, maybe a touch lower. the new roof looks great from the street and no leaks after that big storm last week. these are the folks to call if you need a real replacement and not just a quick fix

Got quotes from four other roofers before settling on TZ. They weren't the cheapest of the lot but the way they explained the scope made more sense than the others. Scheduling took a few weeks because of the weather but once they started the job moved fast. New roof has been on since spring with no issues.
