I don’t know where to begin. First we are repeat customers. They have built two homes for our family. This is a family generational owned business. Brian’s father built our first home, Brian was the only contractor who called us back to help us with a project we had for that house. He knew our home and how it was built. Modern built us a beautiful home and listened when we wanted to change something. Brian was also very easy to get ahold of when trying to contact him. I would definitely build with them again!
