“i'm not an easy customer and i'll admit that up front. i ask a lot of questions and i want to know why before i agree to anything. nobody here got tired of me. every question got answered and when i asked the same thing a different way i got the same answer, and that's how you know somebody isn't making it up as they go. the estimate was itemized and the person who wrote it was on site the day the work started. when the weather looked bad they called me the night before and we moved it. the house was protected properly, the yard was gone over at the end, and the final bill was the estimate with nothing added. i've dealt with enough contractors to know that isn't standard.”
