We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Illinois Sewer and Drain, especially Jeff and Carlos. They were able to come out the same day to replace our sump pump and backup battery, and their work was impeccable.
We received three quotes, and Illinois Sewer and Drain offered the best price by literally thousands of dollars, without sacrificing quality or service. Jeff and Carlos were lovely to work with, incredibly knowledgeable and efficient, and had everything installed perfectly and quickly.

I had a water spot on ceiling which began dripping water near my electrical socket. The serviceman came to give free estimate. He was careful to use shoe protection and advised us if areas he needed to evaluate. I give this company *****
