The first plumber I called fixed some things but not everything, he was also rude and decided he'd call me by a different name than my own. Every tech I have worked with has been great. They are friendly and explain things simply. They were also able to diagnose the problems we had right away.

“My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“
