Roto Rooter was on time, I was asked what the problem was, he checked, told and showed the problem and gave me two options to choose from and explained what would happen in time with each option. Matthew was very knowledgeable and courteous. I will request Matthew again. Definitely, an asset to Roto Rooter.

They had a technician dispatched to my house within an hour on a Saturday and he assessed the situation and was able to fix the issue with the sump pump. He was knowledgeable and friendly. Very thankful that he was able fix the issue within a short amount of time. Thank you!
