While assessing my daughter's dead furnace, Ross provided valuable insight as to why it failed far sooner than it should have and went in to great detail as to how its original installation was not up to par and led to its premature demise. He then spent a great detail of time with me telling me how he would make changes to ensure a proper installation and save us some room. “Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! We haven’t had the tech come out yet/completed the warranty process so I’ll provide a review update as that process moves along but as of right now, I’m very impressed.“

“Very impressed witth Al who came out from Climatek. It was a very cold day in November in Des Plaines Illinois and we woke up to the furnace not running, it was already down to 58 degrees and the thermostat showed that the furnace should be running even though it was not. I was able to get the furnace fan to run so I knew it was not an electrical problem. I looked at the furnace and could not figure out why it was not running. I called three other outfits who were unable to give me a definitive time range they would commit to coming. Finally contacted Climatek, communicating via text which I thought was convenient and I got a time frame in which the tech said he would be there. He also texted me when he knew he was on the way. Within minutes of his arrival Al deternined that the problem was the pressure switch and he was able to get the furnace running by resetting it and he showed me how to reset it if the problem occured again. He provided a quote for both a replacement pressure switch and a new furnace and AC being that our furnace was 17 years old. So, bottom line, he was able to get to the root of the problem very quickly, provide the cost of repair as well as replacement very shortly after leaving. Highly recommended!“

Was told should expect someone to arrive by noon. At 10:30, Jeff Jr. arrived! Quick prompt repair, and had the part in his service vehicle! Back up in 45 minutes! Great service and for a Sunday, reasonable price! No upsell or pressure! I highly recommend this small, and local business! Thanks Jeff's!“
