“My furnace wasnt working when I called RJS and thus was during the latest subzero deep freeze. Technician came out, diagnosed the problem and got it back to running. Later on I had another issue and when I called, someone helped walk me through a fix that I could do on my own. I appreciate all the help.“

Very respectful be patient and determined what the issue was and immediately fixed it. I did not have to wait several weeks for this I called one day and he immediately responded. Great service.“

His was the fourth group I talked to for a new furnace and his price blew everyone else a way. I guess they sell directly from the manufacturer so can beat the typical HVAC company's price.We're very happy with our new 98% efficient Rheem furnace that's heating the upstairs of our home!
