FIVE STARS! Absolutely the best HVAC experience we’ve ever had! The company, Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling. From the moment Steve came out to assess our 70-year-old home, we knew we were in great hands. Steve took the time to listen to our needs, explained everything clearly, and designed a system that actually makes sense for our house — no upselling, no pressure, just honest expertise. The real stars of the show were the installers, Rich and Louis. These two are true craftsmen. They showed up on time, treated our home like it was their own (booties on feet, drop cloths everywhere, not a speck of dust left behind), and turned a potentially messy job into a work of art. Rich and Louis’s attention to detail is incredible — every line set is perfectly straight, every connection is flawless, and he even rerouted some ductwork to improve airflow without us asking.They worked like a well-oiled machine, cracking jokes, answering all my questions, and making the install feel effortless. Our new high-efficiency furnace and air handler are whisper-quiet, the house has never been this comfortable (no more hot or cold spots!), Steve even followed up a few days later to make sure everything was dialed in perfectly. Indoor Comfort is very competitive with their prices. Steve Kortes was courteous and listened to my concerns during the estimate phase. He thoroughly explained my options. The tech installers did a great job installing both my furnace and air conditioning units by Carrier. Started at on 07/31/23 at 8:00 AM and finished by 01:30 PM. One and a half hours early. Both units where scaled like the original units. The Install Techs redesigned the return air flow system which is more efficient. The new units are much Quiter than the replaced units (Carrier 22 years old) and have better flow from the vents. A very good investment.
