Came by to do a heater check-up scheduled through our building management company. Eric was quick and efficient as well as kind and knowledgeable with answers to questions. I appreciate keeping my older heater running well!

I have to tell this story because it’s a leading example of how a company should treat their customers. I called Gray's Mechanical because my property needed a new air conditioning unit. The current one was from the 70’s! They scheduled me the very next week. I met the owner Dan and his associate Alex, both were very friendly and knowledgeable. They asked me valuable questions like if I planned to keep the hardwood floors, what my budget was, and what my timeframe for install was. They shared a little bit with me about their experience, what unit made the most sense and their warranty program.
