I had mentioned that I was mainly concerned about my dogs since my house was up to 86 degrees. They had confirmed a technician would be out between 9 and 12 the NEXT day. Even during the heatwave they were able to accommodate and make it happen!

The technician that came to my house was so nice! He updated me every step of the way and took the time to explain each option I had in detail. He stayed until he confirmed everything was working correctly. I really appreciated him for coming on such short notice especially while it was over 90 degrees outside.
