“Love this company, I can’t even start with what they have done, all 3 areas, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. We had no heat for 3 winters cause no other company (we had 5 come out) could figure out what was wrong with our baseboard water heating. They found the problem, our basement flooded, they came right away and installed a new sump pump. The election Ivan has been awesome getting the right voltage and amps out to our pool. The Also have a family plan, ours is 8 bucks a month and it includes free check up when needed.“

“We LOVED our experience with Curtis Climate! They are so kind and helpful and made what could have been a very stressful process, easy! I cannot recommend them enough! They initially came out in the early spring to take a look at our furnace. Casey took the time to walk me through what we were seeing inside the furnace and he did so in a way that I could actually understand, it was greatly appreciated. We left that discussion with a plan in place to replace the furnace in the fall and the ac unit in the spring of 2027, well our ac unit decided to quit on us on one of the hottest days of the summer. Dave was able to come out first thing the next day, we decided that the time was now and needed to replace both the ac unit and furnace (they were over 20 years old). Casey and Dave were able to get the equipment here that afternoon and our ac up and running that night!!“

Jhon was just out to do my seasonal heat pump/AC maintenance. He arrived on time, in the early part of his appointment window. It’s nice that they send a text when the service technician is on the way, along with a tracker to let you know when to expect his arrival. Jhon, like the installation crew was professional, courteous and went above and beyond what was expected.“

“Excellent experience with Aire Serv of Lombard! We have several AC systems, and they all seemed to have issues during the hottest days of the year. Since the home is new to us, we weren’t sure what was wrong or when it was last serviced.
I called at 8:00 a.m., and the technicians arrived by 9:40 a.m. They thoroughly inspected each system, clearly explained the issues, and completed the repairs within a few hours. Our house was cooling again shortly after their fix.
