OMG!!! My heat went out on this past Saturday night and I finally have heat on Thursday evening ? Jason and Tyler are AMAZING!!! They both went above and beyond to do a fantastic job!!! Why did it take so long to get heat??? I had to many family and friends tell me ~ “hey I know a guy or I have a company I recommend” UGH ~ DON’T listen to them…this company treats you like family and do a phenomenal JOB!!! ?????? This Thanksgiving, I’m thankful for (among other things) Residential Heating & Cooling in Schaumburg – Eric, Amy, Kendall, Stevie, Jason, Frankie, and the other Technicians whose names are slipping my mind. They’ve taken care of me for about 15 years at 3 different homes, including the installation of 2 new HVAC systems. Some people think that Eric is a personal friend of mine because he’s so committed to helping me overcome whatever obstacles I’ve faced, like a leaking copper line originally embedded within the concrete slab below the building (?!). Not Residential’s fault, but they went above & beyond to help get a new line placed in difficult circumstances....read full review
