Being a holiday weekend, the part could not be found until Tuesday. Chase gave me ideas on how to keep the house cool and carried my very heavy dehumidifier up the stairs to help my living room feel cooler. He was conscientious, kind and apologetic that he couldn't help me right away.“

“Earlier this summer, I was referred to Com24 for basic ductwork cleaning. The team, lead by Nathan, was amazing and helped uncover a hidden mold issue with my AC unit. They discovered that I had an oversized unit that was producing too much humidity creating mold growth in the ducts and vents.
