“10/10 Service and even better customer service. Had our Sump Pump system go out during last nights storm and flood out our basement. Gave Precision Today a call first thing in the morning and they had someone at our door that afternoon! We had Chad Childress as our technician and he was courteous and cordial from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through all the steps of his repair and explained exactly what was wrong with our system and the options we had available, because of this we ended up going with a full system replacement, and he was still in and out of our home within the hour! “Tom just replaced the heat exchanger in our furnace. Another company identified the cracked heat exchanger and wanted over $4000 in labor to do a six to eight hour job to replace a part covered under the warranty and could not tell us how long it would take to get the part other than maybe 30 days.Tom came in that same day for a second opinion. He was able to get the part and install it inside of 48 hours at a fraction of what the other company was going to charge.Communication was great and the team are good professionals to work with. I recommend giving them an opportunity.“
