This is the second time I have used Mr. Duct to clean my dryer vent. THEY ARE THE BEST. Once again, they were on time, the technician was thorough, diligent and cleaned up after himself. Had Mr.Duct clean my air ducts and dryer vent. There was an issue a couple months later with the dryer after the job was done that indicated a clogged vent. Mr. Duct immediately came out and fixed the issue. It was re-done, as it seemed it had not been done prior. I appreciate the fast response, their apology, and re-doing their work. Unfortunately it does make me a bit nervous to use them for the future. I would have never known it was not done if it was not for my dryer sweating which could have led to a fire hazard in my home.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
