Knowing how cold it was, I wasn't expecting such a fast response. My issue was just a humidifier malfunction, nothing urgent. Jason from McHenry Heating & Air arrived within a few hours and quickly diagnosed and repaired my humidifier. I also had him replace our old thermostat while he was here. Jason was friendly, knowledgeable and shared information about my system.We truly appreciate the excellent service.
