It was after hours and the house was getting colder by the hour! Once we determined that Bob needed to come out, he scheduled us for the next morning. He arrived at exactly the time he said he would! We found Bob and Dan to be very knowledgeable and honest. They took their time to diagnose the problem and fix it without needing to invest in unnecessary parts. Recently encountered an electrical issue due to a power surge….various outlets replaced, whole home surge protector installed at the breaker and Manny provided excellent guidance in communicating to ComEd to ensure they came out and properly checked their lines and the panel (once Manny determined the issue was not occurring from inside).
