Turf tech does a very good job on our lawn. We made some smaller improvements after 1 season of utilizing their services and are hoping to continue to see a greater improvement this year as well. Grants communication is great!
We have lived in several homes in Chicagoland over the years. MC Landscaping has been taking care of our lawn and gardens for decades. Since working with this company I have never had to hire a landscape architect. Mr. Cordova is extremely knowledgeable about all IL plants, flowers and trees. He knows what will work where and he knows why. We once built a home on an empty lot, with a pool and spa. Without any other help MC Landscaping turned it into paradise with a stone retaining wall on one end of the pool and a beautiful pergola next to it. There were lovely walkways and paths around the property. His stonework is incredible. He installed beautiful trees and hundreds of plants and flowers. It looked like it had been there for years. My friends raved about my flower gardens. But, MC Landscaping, for all of their skill, experience and creativity, has always charged fair rates. As the president of a NFP I required several bids for work to be done on the grounds and he won the bid, with unanimous agreement from the board. The staff at MC Landscaping is top notch as well. They also bring the most amazing compost for my vegetable and flower gardens. Things have been growing like crazy. He even brings sand for my chicken run and stones for my duck run. That is dedication! Now that we have just moved away from IL I thought it was high time I wrote a review on this company, the owner with which I have such a wonderful rapport. Thank you for everything, MC Landscaping! You are the BEST!
Our dryer stopped heating and within 24hrs of calling they sent Zack out. The dryer vent was full of compacted lint and we were very satisfied with the results- our dryer immediately started working again.Zack was friendly, knowledgeable and professional and got the job done quickly at 1/2 the price quoted from another company. I will use them again.
Wow, where do I begin?! Anna has been working on my hair for over 20 years. Outside of the usual cut and color, she did allllll my updos throughout high school! When I got engaged, Anna was one of the first vendors I booked for our wedding! We did my hair trial about 3 months before the wedding and agreed on a half up, half down look! Anna worked on myself, 7 bridesmaids, and 3 family members. She works FAST! She was efficient and nailed everyones hair, working off inspiration pictures. While she was working, she decided to add real flowers from our rehearsal dinner to all the bridesmaid's hair! Everyone looked beautiful with their unique, individualized styles!I was absolutely OBSESSED with my hair!! At our hair trial she said "I will listen to your hair day of, it'll speak to me". And that's exactly what she did. She gave me the most beautiful romantic curls and I looked like a classic pin-up girl! My florist made me a customize comb with dried flowers and floral bobby pins! Anna put these pieces into my hair at the venue AND touched everyones hair up before we walked the aisle. We all looked fresh and picture ready!I cant thank Anna enough for all the years of beautiful hair. She is more than a hair stylist, she is a long time family friend and I am SO thankful we hired Anna for our big day ❤
Great service! They replied quickly with a quote and a time they could come take down a dead tree, and then were able to come a day early. The price was as quoted, and the tree was removed with no issues. I had been concerned because the tree was in a small space between my shed and a neighbor’s garage but they had no problem taking it down and removing all debris. Will definitely call them again, five stars!!

Martin was able to have our car towed and repaired in a timely manner on a Saturday, when the starter went out. He'll be our mechanic for life for this family, with his timely work and reasonable prices.

They were incredibly nice in helping move a heavy piece of furniture from my broken vehicle to my rental prior to the vehicle being loaded onto the trailer for transport to the destination for repair. I definitely recommend their friendly staff!
I will always take my pets to Island Lake Veterinarian Clinic. I unfortunately had to put my 17 year old cat down, he had cancer. It was heart breaking.Dr. Max and Heather were very empathetic, caring and supportive during an extremely emotional and upsetting time. I very much appreciated it and will always go to them in the future.
I absolutely love this place! Both sisters are great at what they do! They take the time to get to know their clients and help them pick colors and styles. Every time I've shown them a photo of an idea they are spot on! My dipped nails last at least 3 weeks. They do their best to keep your appt times but sometimes are a little delayed and it's worth it!
