I called multiple companies before calling JT Services. Some were even advertised as less with good reviews. The main reason I went with JT Services is because they picked up the phone when I called. I appreciated being able to speak to a live person and ask questions. The lady iI spoke to was knowledgeable and answered all my questions and told me what I could expect for my appointment. You would not believe how many companies let AI answer the phone and try and schedule. No thank you.
