Keith did a superb job getting the furnace to get back to work : )Explained the problem and the price was very nice. I will definitely be using them going forward for all heating & AC needs.

Very reasonable in price and I feel I got a good product. With the new unit I finally get cool/heat upstairs in my townhouse. On time, nice people. I don’t recommend many companies but will PremierComfort1/21/24 heat stopped working on a Sunday. They responded within the hour and Joe came out to service about hour later. Found problem which was not the unit. Heat started right back up. Then about 6 days later got a courtesy call from Keith to be sure everything was working fine.Services: Installation

Called Premier last month when I noticed that I was only getting cold air blowing out of my vents. The tech Mike arrived and was great from the very start. He was able to troubleshoot and find the issue right away. My inducer motor had gone out and he was able to quickly locate the part and replace it. Highly recommend this company and thier technician Mike. Thank you!!!
