He was great, his professionalism and knowledge was A+. I normally don't do many reviews. This service was superb and deserves recognition. “My water heater failed in the middle of the night by spewing steam and leaking into its drip pan. The main water valve had to be shut off due to constant filling of the tank. I scheduled Reliance to install a new one for the following afternoon. If Reliance had no availability I would have had no water for several days possibly. All I had to do was go buy a new water heater of my choice and they would do the rest. Brian the plumber arrived on time and installed the new water heater perfectly. The quality of the work is second to none.“

Of the work they have done for us, we have been very impressed and the cost has been on par with other respected competitors. Their communication is also on point.

Additionally, when they have been out for work or estimates for us, they have also caught legitimate issues that have altered how we want to do things (1. we asked for an estimate for an upstairs laundry and they noted our water supply and sewer drain diameters actually wouldn't allow for it from a code perspective; no other plumber we asked to come out even checked, 2. we had our sump pumps replaced by them and they noted the drainage into the pit was abnormal, scoped our line, and noted a possible crack in our sewer where it met the foundation (this was also verified by other plumbers).

All in all, 5+ stars for Lakeside. Would use them over all of the big names in Chicagoland area.“
