I was told by my neighbor that Epp's did a great job at her house, so I called them, I was skeptical at first, but man was I wrong they did a wonderful job and the AC unit works so efficiently it's amazing. And it's all Bill's thoughtfull set up of the unit and he really knows what he's doing, he really takes care of the customer.Service: Installation

I have been a customer of Epps Custom Heating & Air for 20 years. Over the years, he has replaced my furnace, a/c unit, and hot water heater. Every year he comes out to inspect and clean the appliances. Most recently, my hot water heater broke. He went above and beyond to work with Rheem to have the appliance replaced that was under warranty. Bill and Bobby were able to replace the water heater, with no issues. Bill is very experienced and knows the ins and outs of the appliances. I highly recommend Bill and I will be calling him up next year for the annual service to the appliances.
