He installed a propane gas furnace and updated all our existing support structures to code. He additionally threw installation of a new attic fan. It only took one day and they left the area very clean. He gave us a competitive bid and was able to fit us in his busy schedule. We highly recommend KMK heating & Air Conditioning and Kenny!! Hvac Rios replaced my AC unit last year, they were quick to come out for a service call, their price was excellent on a new unit with install and the work was done quickly and professionally. I also was having issues with my furnace recently and again they came out very quickly, the work was a tad pricey for a thermostat installation but for an emergency call it was not too out of place. I would recommend, they are always willing to work and do a great job of getting to you ASAP.“
