“My furnace went out, I called Williamsons and they were available to come out within 2 hours to look at it. The furnace is pretty old but they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour while being honest with me about probably wanting to think about replacing the system in the future. They could have easily told me there was nothing to do and I needed a replacement now but they were extremely honest and able to buy me some time for now. He also went over estimated pricing (per my request) if I'm interested in the future. There was no pressure at all. Very honest, fast and good work! Highly recommend and appreciate!“

“I had an amazing experience with Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling. No one wants to be told they need a new furnace: especially at the holidays. Kevin didn't make me feel stressed out. He came and inspected my furnace when the pilot light went out. I knew deep down what he was going to say. Sure enough, my furnace was too far gone to be fixed...it was 35 years old. Kevin came back the next day with the estimate. I was able to get an appointment to work around my work schedule for the installation of a new furnace. Jake came out early and began to disassemble my old furnace. Then, Mark and Adam came. They had everything installed and cleaned up perfectly so I could get to work. They were so professional. They sent a text to let us know Jonathan was on his way with his picture which was wonderful because as I said, she’s elderly. He was amazing.
