We called K&M and spoke with the owner. The heat wouldn't stay on in our home when it was -9°. He called us back immediately and after describing the issue with the furnace, he immediately recognized the fix. Rather then charging us a service trip and other charges for coming out to fix it, he walked us through a very simple fix that resolved the issue. It was the perfect gift of heat for Christmas.Service: Heating system repair
